Clear limits, predictable billing, and no hidden consumption.

How are events counted?

One pageview or custom event counts as one billable event. Realtime heartbeats, Web Vitals, JavaScript errors, and dashboard requests do not use your monthly allowance.

Is usage shared across my websites?

Yes. Your monthly event allowance is pooled across every website in your account, so one busy site can use more while smaller sites use less.

What happens if I reach my monthly limit?

We warn you before you reach it and include a 10% grace allowance. There are no surprise overage charges. Free accounts pause new collection until the allowance resets; paid accounts are only asked to upgrade after sustained overuse.

Do Web Vitals and JavaScript errors cost extra?

No. Site-performance measurements, captured JavaScript errors, and the signals used for realtime visitor counts are included without consuming billable events.

How often are Web Vitals measured?

They are measured during real page visits, not by a scheduled site scan. TTFB and FCP are captured during navigation, LCP can submit again when the browser finds a newer candidate, and accumulated CLS plus the largest observed INP are sent whenever the page becomes hidden. The Web Vitals report loads fresh aggregates when you open it or change its date range.

Does PixoStats use cookies?

PixoStats is designed for privacy-friendly analytics without advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. It also honors a visitor browser’s Do Not Track setting.

How quickly can I install PixoStats?

Most sites only need one lightweight script and a tracking ID. WordPress and pixel-based installation options are also available.

Can I access analytics through an API?

Yes. Site-specific API keys provide access to summary, timeseries, realtime, and breakdown reports for your own integrations.

How long is analytics data retained?

Every plan keeps detailed analytics for 90 days. Aggregate history is kept for 12 months on Free, 24 months on Small, 60 months on Medium, and without a fixed limit on High and Founder.

Can I cancel or pause?

You can cancel a recurring plan through billing; access continues through the paid period and then returns to Free. When Free reaches its allowance, collection pauses until the monthly allowance resets.

What does Founder lifetime mean?

Founder is a limited, one-time purchase for 500K monthly events and 25 sites. Lifetime means the commercial lifetime of the hosted PixoStats service, subject to fair use.
