Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of PixoStats. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use PixoStats for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may use PixoStats only for websites and data you are authorized to measure. You must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, distribute malicious code, or collect information in violation of applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for analytics on your websites. You retain responsibility for the content, configuration, and lawful use of data submitted to PixoStats.
Plans, usage, and retention
Plan allowances pool pageviews and custom events across all websites in an account. Each plan includes a 10% usage grace allowance and we do not impose surprise overage charges. When a Free account exhausts that allowance, new analytics collection pauses until the monthly allowance resets. Detailed analytics are retained for 90 days. Aggregate analytics are retained according to the selected plan: 12 months for Free, 24 months for Small, 60 months for Medium, and without a fixed retention limit for High and Founder, while the applicable plan and service remain available.
Paid plans and cancellation
Small, Medium, and High plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Founder offer
The limited Founder offer is a one-time purchase that provides its stated plan capacity for the commercial lifetime of the hosted PixoStats service. “Lifetime” does not refer to the purchaser's lifetime and does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. Founder access is non-transferable and subject to these terms, including fair use. Founder purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Fair use
Unlimited site counts and retention without a fixed limit are subject to reasonable fair use. You must not use those features to resell shared access, evade event allowances, impose disproportionate storage or operational load, or operate outside ordinary website analytics use. We may ask you to reduce unusual usage or move to an appropriate arrangement before restricting affected features.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but PixoStats may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control. Features may change as the service develops.
Intellectual property
PixoStats and its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of PixoStats or your data.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others.
Disclaimers and liability
PixoStats is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Changes and contact
